# Ingredients Required:

01 - 30 g all-purpose flour
02 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
03 - 0.5 g dried oregano

04 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 6 mm thickness
05 - 28 g butter
06 - 60 ml olive oil
07 - 200 g sliced mushrooms
08 - 180 ml Marsala wine

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine flour, salt, pepper, and dried oregano in a shallow dish; mix thoroughly.
02 - Dredge each chicken breast evenly in the flour mixture, ensuring full coverage.
03 - In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil together over medium heat.
04 - Place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned on one side.
05 - Flip the chicken pieces and add sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
06 - Pour Marsala wine over the chicken and mushrooms, cover the skillet, and cook for 10 minutes, turning the chicken once, until no pink remains and juices run clear.
07 - Remove skillet from heat and immediately plate the chicken with sauce and mushrooms.
