# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a bowl, combine avocado, cilantro, diced onion, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork to desired consistency and adjust seasoning as needed.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently by hand until combined. Divide into four equal portions and shape into patties. Place on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced red pepper, yellow onion, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until softened, about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - Reduce heat to medium and add additional olive oil if needed. Place patties in skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on one side. Flip and top each patty with a slice of Monterey Jack cheese. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and cheese is melted.
05 - Transfer patties to toasted buns. Top each with sautéed peppers and onions, then add a spoonful of prepared guacamole. Serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For extra heat, incorporate a pinch of cayenne pepper into the chicken mixture.
02 - Store-bought guacamole can be used to reduce preparation time.
03 - Consider serving with additional burger toppings like lettuce, tomato, or salsa.
