Chicken Asparagus Caesar (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
02 - About half a cup Parmesan, shredded
03 - Lemon rounds for that final pop
04 - Salt to taste
05 - However much black pepper you like
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - Four chicken breasts, boneless with no skin
08 - 1 cup Caesar dressing, store-bought or homemade—whatever works
09 - Trimmed asparagus spears, about 1 pound

# How to Make It:

01 - Fire up your oven to 375°F (190°C). Dry off the chicken then hit both sides with a good shake of salt and black pepper.
02 - Pour the olive oil into a big skillet on medium-high. Add the chicken and let it brown for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Don't skip the crust.
03 - Take the skillet off the heat. Smother the browned chicken with plenty of Caesar dressing so every piece gets saucy.
04 - Scatter the asparagus around your chicken, dust everything with Parmesan, and sprinkle the garlic powder over the veggies. Flavor boost complete.
05 - Pop the skillet in the oven and bake 20 minutes. Once the chicken hits 165°F inside and the asparagus softens up, you're all set.
06 - Pull your hot skillet out and throw on those lemon slices. Slice and serve right away. If you want even more zing, squeeze a wedge over the top.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Wrap your asparagus with bacon for smoky crunch.
02 - Use homemade or low-fat Caesar if you're checking nutrition.
03 - Not a fan of asparagus? Broccoli or green beans work too.
04 - Like crunch? Drop some croutons in just before it's finished baking.
05 - Chop up some cherry tomatoes and toss them in for more color and a bit of sweetness.
