Chicken Bacon Ranch Packets (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Other

01 - 4 sheets of aluminum foil, each about 38 cm long

→ Main Ingredients

02 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
03 - 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 4 slices cooked beef bacon
05 - 4 cups (around 300 g) broccoli cut into florets
06 - 1 packet Ranch mix, about 28 g
07 - 450 g skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced into small pieces

# How to Make It:

01 - Pop those foil packets on a tray, keeping the seams up. Let them bake 25 to 30 minutes. The cheese should bubble and the chicken should be cooked through.
02 - Bring the foil sides up over the filling, pinch them shut lengthwise, then roll the ends to trap everything inside.
03 - Sprinkle a bit of cheddar cheese—about 25 g—over each, then crumble up a bacon slice on top of it all.
04 - Divide the chicken mixture between foil pieces, placing it over the broccoli.
05 - Pile about a cup of broccoli right in the center of each foil square. If you want, shake on the last of the Ranch powder.
06 - Set down four pieces of foil on your counter, shiny side up.
07 - Mix the chicken with half the packet of Ranch seasoning and olive oil in a bowl. Stir everything so the chicken gets a good coating.
08 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it warm up.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Let the chicken soak in the Ranch mixture for 20 minutes if you want a stronger flavor before you put everything together.
