Cheesymite Scrolls Delight (Printable Version)

Golden scrolls filled with melted cheddar and Vegemite for a savory, cheesy delight.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 250 g self-raising flour
02 - 2.5 g salt

→ Wet Ingredients

03 - 180 ml milk
04 - 30 g butter, melted

→ Spread and Topping

05 - 30 g Vegemite
06 - 150 g grated cheddar cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine self-raising flour and salt in a bowl. Add milk and melted butter, stirring until a soft dough forms.
03 - Lightly flour a surface and knead dough briefly until smooth. Roll out into a rectangular shape.
04 - Evenly spread Vegemite over the dough, then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
05 - Roll dough tightly from the long edge to form a log. Slice into 2 to 3 cm thick scrolls and arrange cut side up on the tray.
06 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the scrolls are golden and cooked through.
