01 -
Set the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or apply non-stick cooking spray.
02 -
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water and simmer until sauce thickens.
03 -
Roll out pizza dough into a 35x25 cm rectangle. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over half the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat layer. Fold the other half of the dough over the toppings and press edges to seal thoroughly.
04 -
Slice the folded dough into 10-12 even strips using a knife or pizza cutter. Arrange the strips on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
05 -
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the sticks are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
06 -
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm with optional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
