01 -
Turn your oven on to 425°F (220°C). Give a baking sheet a quick spritz with some nonstick spray.
02 -
Toss the beef in a skillet and smash it up with a wooden spoon over medium-high heat until it’s fully browned. Drain any extra grease, keep cooking, sprinkle in the taco spice, and stir until everything looks mixed. Set aside and let it cool down all the way.
03 -
Spread out the pizza dough with some flour under it until it makes a huge rectangle. Slice it down the long side, then cut across to get ten pieces total.
04 -
Add a spoonful of chilled taco beef to the middle of a dough rectangle. Pop half a cheese stick on top. Roll everything up nice and tight, then press the edges so nothing sneaks out.
05 -
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl. Swipe it all over each rolled stick using a pastry brush.
06 -
Spread the stuffed sticks out on your baking sheet so they’re not touching. Bake them for about 10 to 12 minutes. Look for bubbling cheese and golden tops.
07 -
Give the breadsticks a minute to cool before digging in. Grab your favorite dips or taco toppings to go with them.
