In a large skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Add uncooked rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
