# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

→ Flavorings

02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

09 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl, mixing well.
03 - Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth and slightly enlarge it.
04 - Evenly brush the garlic butter mixture over the entire surface of the pastry.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper uniformly over the pastry.
06 - Cut the pastry into strips approximately 3.8 cm wide, twist each strip several times, then coil each twisted strip into a spiral resembling a muffin shape.
07 - Place each coiled strip onto the prepared baking sheet or into a muffin tin, then brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the cruffins are golden brown and puffed.
