Set the oven temperature to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl, mixing well.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth and slightly enlarge it.

Evenly brush the garlic butter mixture over the entire surface of the pastry.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper uniformly over the pastry.

Cut the pastry into strips approximately 3.8 cm wide, twist each strip several times, then coil each twisted strip into a spiral resembling a muffin shape.

Place each coiled strip onto the prepared baking sheet or into a muffin tin, then brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the cruffins are golden brown and puffed.
