Garlic Chicken Cheese Wrap (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Filling

01 - 2 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
02 - 60 grams softened cream cheese
03 - 60 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
05 - 0.5 teaspoon powder from onion
06 - 0.25 teaspoon pepper from black peppercorns
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (if you want)

→ Wraps and Cooking

08 - 4 tortillas, large size
09 - 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for cooking

# How to Make It:

01 - Stir together the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley (when using) in a bowl. Mix well so everything gets combined nicely.
02 - Put a tortilla on a flat work area. Add a big spoonful of your mix in the middle and flatten it a bit, keeping the edges clear. Tuck in the sides and roll it up snugly.
03 - Warm up your butter or oil in a pan on medium heat. Put the wraps down with the seam underneath and cook about 2-3 minutes until they're golden. Flip them over and cook another 2 minutes.
04 - Move your hot wraps to a board, cut them in half, and eat them right away. They're great with some salad or your favorite sauce on the side.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Try to use fresh parsley for better taste and looks. Make sure you roll these really tight so the stuff inside doesn't fall out when you're cooking them.
