Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each slice of bread until thin and even to ensure rollups stay sealed and crispy.

Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese across the bottom third of each bread slice. Roll the bread tightly from the cheese side up to form a log, sealing the edge with a little melted butter if needed.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Mix well to infuse the butter with flavor.

Place each rollup seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, cook in an air fryer at 360°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
