# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each slice of bread until thin and even to ensure rollups stay sealed and crispy.
03 - Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese across the bottom third of each bread slice. Roll the bread tightly from the cheese side up to form a log, sealing the edge with a little melted butter if needed.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Mix well to infuse the butter with flavor.
05 - Place each rollup seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, cook in an air fryer at 360°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
