# Ingredients Required:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 375 g bread flour
02 - 2 tsp instant yeast
03 - 1.5 tsp kosher salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 360 ml very warm tap water

→ Cheese

05 - 280 g freshly shredded Colby cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together bread flour, kosher salt, and instant yeast until evenly distributed.
02 - Pour in very warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
03 - Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, until it has doubled in size.
04 - Place the Dutch oven with its lid in the oven and preheat to 230°C to ensure proper crust development.
05 - On a lightly floured surface, pat the dough into a flat disc. Spread shredded cheese over it, fold the dough to encase the cheese, then transfer it onto a sheet of parchment paper.
06 - Sprinkle the reserved shredded cheese evenly on top of the dough.
07 - Carefully place the dough with the parchment into the preheated Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until crust is golden.
08 - Remove bread from the oven and cool on a wire rack before slicing to finish setting the crumb.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Rising time may vary with ambient temperature; ensure the Dutch oven is thoroughly preheated for optimal crust quality.
02 - Colby cheese can be substituted with Cheddar or Monterey Jack as alternatives.
