11 - 120 milliliters chicken broth

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and melt. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently. Bring to a simmer, then incorporate mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
04 - Return cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss well to coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through and sauce thickens.
05 - Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional cheese if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
