# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat 2 tablespoons avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb ground beef and 1 finely chopped small onion. Cook for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is browned. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Spice evenly.
02 - Incorporate 1 finely chopped green bell pepper and 1 minced garlic clove into the skillet. Sauté for 3 minutes until vegetables soften.
03 - Add 1¼ cups cream of mushroom soup and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes to blend flavors.
