Stir together the chicken and BBQ sauce in a big bowl so every piece gets smothered.

Heat up a tortilla in a dry pan over medium-low heat until it softens up and bends easily.

Sprinkle some cheddar on one side of the tortilla first, then spoon on that juicy BBQ chicken, and toss some more cheese on top.

Fold the tortilla over and press it down. Cook for a minute or two per side until both are golden and the cheese oozes. Flip it once. Repeat for the others.

Slice those quesadillas up and dive in while they're still hot and cheesy.
