Toss your ground beef in a big pan on medium and crumble it up as it cooks. Once it’s brown everywhere, pour off the greasy stuff.

Sprinkle flour over your beef and mix it all in. Next, pour in the milk a bit at a time. Whisk it so you don’t get lumps and everything turns creamy.

Add in ketchup, Worcestershire, some salt, and pepper. Stir again. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes so it thickens up.

Drop in the cooked pasta, those beef bacon crumbles, and a handful of cheese. Keep stirring until it all melts together and your noodles are nice and saucy.

Spoon it out while it’s hot. Want to jazz it up? Throw on extra cheese or bacon for some fun.
