Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
03 - 2 cups cooked rotini or penne from dinner before
04 - 1/2 cup beef bacon, crispy and in pieces

→ Sauce

05 - 1 cup whole milk
06 - 1/4 cup plain flour
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
09 - Black pepper, just a sprinkle
10 - Salt, use how you like it

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss your ground beef in a big pan on medium and crumble it up as it cooks. Once it’s brown everywhere, pour off the greasy stuff.
02 - Sprinkle flour over your beef and mix it all in. Next, pour in the milk a bit at a time. Whisk it so you don’t get lumps and everything turns creamy.
03 - Add in ketchup, Worcestershire, some salt, and pepper. Stir again. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes so it thickens up.
04 - Drop in the cooked pasta, those beef bacon crumbles, and a handful of cheese. Keep stirring until it all melts together and your noodles are nice and saucy.
05 - Spoon it out while it’s hot. Want to jazz it up? Throw on extra cheese or bacon for some fun.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want more flavor? Smoked beef bacon and sharp cheddar do the trick. Keep your noodles a bit chewy so they hold up later.
