09 - 30 milliliters olive oil (2 tablespoons)

10 - Salt to taste
11 - Black pepper to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Slice the French bread lengthwise and hollow out the interior, leaving a sturdy base to hold the filling.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened and lightly caramelized. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the ribeye slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
04 - Mix the cooked steak with the sautéed vegetables until evenly incorporated.
05 - Fill the hollowed bread halves with the steak and vegetable mixture, then evenly distribute the shredded provolone cheese over the top.
06 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the stuffed bread surfaces. Place bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into portions to serve.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best flavor, use freshly sliced ribeye and fresh herbs. Allowing the bread to rest after baking helps the filling set.
