# Ingredients Required:

01 - 453 g ground beef
02 - 1 tsp onion powder
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 0.5 tsp black pepper

06 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese

08 - 1 medium tomato, diced
09 - 80 g sliced pickles

10 - 60 ml ketchup
11 - 60 ml mustard

12 - 4 large flour tortillas
13 - 15-30 ml cooking oil for frying

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beef mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring and breaking apart, until fully browned and cooked through.
03 - In a separate skillet, warm 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat.
04 - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer cooked beef, shredded cheddar, lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, ketchup, and mustard in the center.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then fold top and bottom edges to seal the wrap completely.
06 - Place the folded wrap seam-side down in the heated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
07 - Remove wraps from the skillet, allow to rest for one minute, then slice in half and serve with optional condiments or sides.
