In a separate skillet, warm 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer cooked beef, shredded cheddar, lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, ketchup, and mustard in the center.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then fold top and bottom edges to seal the wrap completely.

Place the folded wrap seam-side down in the heated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
