Cheeseburger Alfredo Loaded (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For garnish

01 - 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
03 - 1/4 cup chopped pickles

→ Main

04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons butter
06 - 1 cup beef broth
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 lb ground beef
10 - 2 cups heavy cream
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 8 oz pasta like elbow, rotini, or penne
14 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
15 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
16 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
17 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (if you like it spicy)
18 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - When you're ready to eat, sprinkle on the bacon bits, parsley, and pickles. Go ahead and dig in right away.
02 - Put the cooked pasta back in the pan and toss everything together in that cheesy sauce. Let it bubble for a few minutes until everything's warm.
03 - Turn the stove to low. Stir in handfuls of cheddar and Parmesan, letting them melt slowly so the sauce turns smooth and creamy.
04 - Keep cooking the meat and add your butter. Pour in the cream first, then the beef broth. Stir everything up with the mustard, Worcestershire, paprika, and chili flakes.
05 - Heat a big skillet on medium and toss in your ground beef plus salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Cook until nicely browned, then get rid of the extra grease.
06 - Fill a pot with water, salt it well, and cook your pasta as the package says. Drain and leave it aside for now.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Go meatless by swapping the beef for mushrooms or a veggie option.
02 - Turn up the fire by tossing in extra chili flakes or sliced jalapeño.
03 - Throw in greens like spinach or bite-sized bell pepper for a veggie boost.
04 - Try using a cheese like gouda or mozzarella if you want to shake up the flavor.
