In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and chopped nuts. Sprinkle evenly over the batter.

Pour very hot water evenly over the topping without stirring. Place casserole dish on a baking sheet to catch any overflow. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until the center is set and bubbly.
