Gold Mustard BBQ (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Sauce Mix

01 - ¾ cup classic yellow mustard
02 - ½ cup brown sugar (sub your favorite sweetener if you like)
03 - ⅓ cup honey
04 - ¼ cup tangy apple cider vinegar
05 - 2 teaspoons savory Worcestershire sauce
06 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt
07 - 2 teaspoons smoky paprika
08 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more if you want it hotter)

# How to Make It:

01 - Drop all your ingredients in a saucepan on medium. Give it a good stir. Let things cook together till the brown sugar melts right in—this only takes a handful of minutes.
02 - Take the pot off the stove and leave it until it’s not hot anymore.
03 - Spoon the sauce into a container that seals tight and keep it in your fridge. It’ll be fine there for around a week.

# Additional Tips:

01 - This tasty Carolina BBQ sauce has a bit of tang and a good amount of sweetness—all thanks to mustard.
02 - Kick up or dial down the cayenne to make it hotter or milder. Super easy to change up.
03 - Awesome for pulled pork, fried chicken, or dunking fries.
