Tender green beans baked with creamy mushroom soup and topped with crispy fried onions.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 296 ml condensed cream of mushroom soup
02 - 120 ml milk
03 - 5 ml soy sauce
04 - 480 g green beans, trimmed and cut (fresh, frozen, or canned)
05 - 100 g crispy French fried onions
06 - 0.25 ml ground black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Spray a 23 x 23 cm casserole dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - If using fresh green beans, trim, cut, and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain canned green beans in a colander; thaw frozen if used.
03 - In a bowl, mix condensed mushroom soup with milk, stirring until smooth with no lumps. Add soy sauce and blend thoroughly.
04 - Fold in green beans and two-thirds of the crispy fried onions. Season with black pepper and mix well to ensure even coating.
05 - Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
06 - For air fryer: Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes, stir, then sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for another 2 minutes to achieve browning. For conventional oven: Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes, stir, add remaining onions, and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Blanching fresh green beans helps retain color and texture. Stirring halfway ensures even cooking and topping browns uniformly.
