# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Melt the butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
02 - Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and half-and-half. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
03 - Add cooked chicken, browned sausage, red beans, white corn, green chilies, dried onion flakes, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and Cajun seasoning. Stir occasionally and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
