Cajun Grilled Shrimp Skewers (Printable Version)

Spiced shrimp grilled with buttery Cajun seasoning and a touch of lemon for a flavorful treat.

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 900 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on

→ Sauce

02 - 120 milliliters unsalted butter, melted
03 - 15 grams Cajun seasoning
04 - 10 milliliters freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2.5 milliliters honey

→ Other

06 - Skewers
07 - Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
02 - Combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl and mix well.
03 - Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Thread shrimp onto skewers and place them on a sheet pan. Brush both sides with some of the Cajun butter mixture.
04 - Preheat grill to high heat. Grill each skewer over direct heat for 2-3 minutes per side, flipping as soon as the first side turns pink. Cook until shrimp is opaque with slight char.
05 - Remove skewers from grill and brush with remaining Cajun butter. Serve immediately garnished with lemon slices if desired.
