# Ingredients Required:

→ Cajun Chicken

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
02 - 30 ml olive oil
03 - 15 ml Cajun seasoning
04 - 5 ml smoked paprika
05 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
06 - 2.5 ml onion powder
07 - 1.25 ml cayenne pepper
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
09 - 15 ml fresh lemon juice

→ Alabama White Sauce

10 - 240 ml mayonnaise
11 - 30 ml apple cider vinegar
12 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
13 - 5 ml fresh lemon juice
14 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
15 - 2.5 ml onion powder
16 - 1.25 ml cayenne pepper
17 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
18 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the chicken is cooked through.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until chilled.
04 - Plate the grilled chicken breasts and spoon the Alabama white sauce over or serve on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
