Buffalo Chicken Dip (Printable Version)

Warm buffalo-spiced chicken mixed with cream cheese and cheddar, baked to bubbly perfection.

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 450-600 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

→ Dairy

02 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 120 ml sour cream
04 - 170 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Sauces

05 - 240 ml buffalo sauce

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a suitable baking dish.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
03 - Evenly spread the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
04 - Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
05 - Serve warm accompanied by chips or fresh vegetable sticks.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For easier shredding, cook chicken breasts in boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
