# Ingredients Required:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 440 grams boxed brownie mix

→ Cheesecake Topping

02 - 500 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 100 grams granulated sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C (350°F).
02 - Prepare brownie mix as per package instruction. Spread evenly on the bottom of a greased 23 cm springform pan.
03 - Bake the brownie mixture for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
04 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
05 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the baked brownie base.
06 - Reduce oven temperature to 160°C (325°F) and bake for 50 minutes or until the cheesecake layer is set but slightly jiggly.
07 - Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan. Serve chilled, optionally with chocolate sauce.
