# Ingredients Required:

01 - 150 g salted pistachios, shelled and finely chopped
02 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel spice
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
05 - 680 g fresh green beans, trimmed
06 - 60 g unsalted butter

07 - 225 g feta cheese, crumbled
08 - 240 g full-fat Greek yogurt
09 - 1 lemon, juiced (approx. 45 ml)
10 - 45 ml olive oil
11 - 2 cloves garlic

12 - 120 ml pomegranate arils
13 - Lemon zest, for garnish

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Shelled pistachios finely chopped; combine in a bowl with everything bagel spice, cinnamon, and cumin; mix until nuts are fully coated.
02 - Wash and trim green beans; bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook green beans for approximately 4 minutes until crisp-tender; drain and immediately place in ice water to stop cooking; drain thoroughly and pat dry.
03 - Heat skillet over medium-high heat; add butter and cook until it browns and becomes fragrant; reduce heat to low; add three-quarters of the pistachio mixture to the skillet and toss in browned butter; add green beans and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until heated through; remove from heat.
04 - Combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic cloves in a food processor; blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.
05 - Evenly spread whipped feta on a serving platter; layer sautéed green beans on top; sprinkle with reserved pistachio mixture; garnish with pomegranate arils and lemon zest; serve immediately.
