01 - 1 broccoli, cut into small florets

02 - 2 strips bacon, chopped

04 - 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

06 - 4 to 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

08 - 80 milliliters water

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Add a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil to boiling water. Boil the broccoli florets for 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil in a frying pan, add the bacon pieces, and fry until crisp and golden brown. Remove bacon and set aside.
03 - In the remaining oil, sauté garlic until golden brown. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, stirring continuously for about 10 seconds until slightly thickened.
04 - Add the blanched broccoli and bacon pieces to the pan. Toss thoroughly to coat with the garlic sauce and heat through. Serve immediately.
