14 - 75 g chopped sun-dried tomatoes

→ Meats (Optional)

15 - 280 g diced ham
16 - 280 g cooked Italian chicken sausage, crumbled

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.
02 - Whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until a smooth, homogenous mixture forms.
03 - Gradually add the all-purpose flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined to avoid overmixing.
04 - Fold in your choice of mix-ins thoroughly: either the ham with cheddar cheese or the Mediterranean blend of spinach, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and cooked sausage.
05 - Scoop approximately 80 ml (⅓ cup) of dough per biscuit and place evenly on the baking sheet or into the prepared muffin tin wells.
06 - Sprinkle the reserved cheddar or feta on top of each biscuit. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and firm to the touch.
07 - Allow biscuits to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving or storing.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a vegetarian variant, omit ham and sausage and increase vegetable quantities accordingly.
02 - Add fresh basil after baking to preserve its delicate flavor.
03 - Biscuits can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
