09 - 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella, provolone, or cheddar)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
02 - Combine melted butter (or oil), milk, and salt in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Once the mixture begins to boil, immediately remove from heat and stir in the tapioca flour until fully blended.
03 - Transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs, minced garlic, grated parmesan, and shredded cheese.
04 - Use a handheld or stand mixer to blend all ingredients until the dough is smooth and sticky.
05 - Using two spoons dipped in water, scoop the dough into each cup of the mini muffin tin.
06 - Sprinkle garlic powder or garlic salt over each portion. Optionally, add a pinch of dried thyme or rosemary on top.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.

03 - Serve warm for optimal taste and texture.
04 - Garlic salt can replace regular salt and garlic powder to intensify flavor.
