08 - 200 g granulated sugar
09 - Zest of 1 lemon
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - 150 g yogurt or sour cream
12 - 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
13 - ¼ tsp salt
14 - 60 g all-purpose flour
15 - 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Position an oven rack in the center and preheat to 177°C. Line an 20 cm x 20 cm baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal, and set aside.
