Blue Raspberry Lemonade (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Blue Raspberry Lemonade

01 - A handful of lemon slices, keeping some for topping
02 - Bright blue food coloring, if you want an extra pop
03 - A bunch of fresh raspberries, for decorating
04 - 120 ml blue raspberry syrup
05 - About 1.2 liters water—don't dump it all in at once
06 - 200 g white sugar
07 - 180 ml lemon juice squeezed right from 6 to 8 lemons

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss some ice into your glasses, pour the lemonade over the top, and finish with a few lemon rounds or raspberries for a showy touch.
02 - Seal up your pitcher and stick it in the fridge for at least half an hour so it gets nice and cold.
03 - Take a sip. Not sweet enough or too thick? Add a bit more sugar or water to get it just how you want.
04 - Want it more blue? Toss in a drop or two of blue food dye and give it a stir till you like what you see.
05 - Dump the fresh lemon juice, blue raspberry syrup, cooled sugar-water, and the rest of that cold water in a big pitcher. Swirl it around till it’s all one color.
06 - Pour 240 ml water and the sugar into a little pot. Heat it gently and stir till you don’t see any more sugar crystals. Let that cool off to room temp.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Try swapping out plain water for sparkling if you want fizz.
02 - Use stevia or monk fruit instead of regular sugar if you’re keeping things low on sugar.
03 - Pop any leftovers in a covered pitcher and keep them cold in the fridge for up to a week.
