02 - 5 cups water, divided
03 - ½ cup blue raspberry syrup
04 - ¾ cup fresh lemon juice (from about 6–8 lemons)
05 - Blue food coloring, optional

# How to Make It:

02 - In a large pitcher, add the fresh lemon juice, cooled simple syrup, blue raspberry syrup, and the remaining 4 cups of cold water. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
03 - Incorporate blue food coloring, if using, blending in small increments until the desired blue shade is reached.
04 - Taste the mixture and adjust by adding extra sugar or water to reach preferred sweetness and tanginess.
05 - Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
06 - Pour over ice in individual glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Sparkling water can be substituted for a fizzy variation.
02 - Stevia or monk fruit sweetener may be used as an alternative to sugar for a lower-sugar option.
03 - Store leftovers in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to one week.
04 - Transform into a cocktail by mixing in rum or gin as desired.
