# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Cut pears lengthwise into halves and hollow out the centers using a spoon or melon baller to remove cores and seeds.
03 - Lightly brush the cut side of each pear half with olive oil and place them cut-side up in the prepared dish.
04 - In a small bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese, chopped nuts, and fresh thyme leaves until evenly incorporated.
05 - Fill the hollowed centers of each pear half with the cheese and nut mixture, distributing it evenly.
06 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the pears are tender and the cheese is softened but not fully melted.
07 - Remove from the oven, drizzle each stuffed pear with honey, season with freshly ground black pepper, and serve warm or at room temperature.
