# Ingredients Required:

01 - 4 mahi mahi fillets

→ Spices

02 - 2 tablespoons paprika
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
05 - 1 tablespoon thyme
06 - 1 tablespoon oregano
07 - 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
02 - Evenly rub the blackening seasoning onto both sides of each mahi mahi fillet.
03 - Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
04 - Sear the fillets in the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until a dark crust forms and fish is cooked through.
