06 - 2 tablespoons (16 g) all-purpose flour
07 - 240 ml broth
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

11 - 240 ml heavy cream
12 - 120 ml sour cream

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onions, and ground bison, cooking until the meat is browned and onions are softened.
02 - Stir in diced mushrooms and cook for several minutes until they release moisture and begin to brown.
03 - Sprinkle flour evenly over the mixture and stir thoroughly to eliminate lumps, coating all ingredients.
04 - Pour in broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently for five minutes, allowing flavors to meld and sauce to thicken.
05 - Remove from heat and fold in sour cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately over cooked noodles or choice of accompaniment.
