12 - 4 slices French bread

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and cook until translucent, approximately 5 minutes.
02 - Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until mushrooms are browned and tender.
03 - Season thinly sliced beef sirloin with salt and black pepper. Add to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently to brown evenly.
04 - Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the beef mixture and stir to coat. Cook for an additional minute to remove raw flour taste.
05 - Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce while stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
06 - Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream until fully combined and smooth.
07 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange French bread slices on a baking tray evenly.
08 - Spoon the beef mixture generously over each bread slice. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are crispy.
09 - Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use fresh mushrooms for optimal flavor and texture. Thinly slicing the sirloin ensures quick, even cooking without drying out the beef.
