08 - 120 ml shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
09 - 15 ml grated Parmesan cheese

10 - 2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
11 - 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add mushrooms, diced red onion, and minced garlic, sautéing for 2 to 3 minutes until mushrooms soften.
03 - Add tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar to the skillet; reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
04 - Transfer the meat and sauce mixture to a 1.9-liter oven-safe dish. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and rosemary. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the meat layer.
05 - Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the dish is hot and bubbly.
