01 - 360 g thin-cut beef steaks
02 - 4 tablespoons plain flour
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
04 - 1 red pepper, sliced into matchsticks
05 - 2 carrots, sliced into matchsticks
06 - 200 g dried pasta, cooked as per package instructions

→ Oyster Sauce

07 - 120 g oyster sauce (1 sachet)
08 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
11 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
12 - Juice of 1 lime

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Place the plain flour in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Slice the beef into strips against the grain and coat evenly with the seasoned flour.
02 - Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Slice the red pepper and carrots into matchstick-sized pieces to ensure quick and uniform cooking.
04 - In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and lime juice until combined.
05 - Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat. When shimmering, add the beef strips and sear for approximately 2 minutes per side. Add the sliced red pepper and carrots, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
