Banana Oat Bars (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - You can toss in a handful of chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or whatever toppings you like
02 - 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
03 - 3 tablespoons of your choice: oil, nut butter, or extra water
04 - A little stevia if you want it sweeter (optional)
05 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave
06 - Half a teaspoon salt
07 - 6 tablespoons water
08 - About 1 1/3 cups bananas all mashed up
09 - 2 cups rolled oats

# How to Make It:

01 - Once it’s baked, let things cool off for a bit, then slice into bars. Stash leftovers in the fridge for up to four days, or just freeze some for later.
02 - Throw on your favorite toppings if you want. Slide it in the oven for 20 minutes. When the timer’s done, leave it inside (oven off!) for five more minutes with the door closed.
03 - Dump everything together and mix really well. Pour that into your pan and spread it out evenly.
04 - Fire up your oven to 350°F. Grab an 8-inch pan and either grease it or line it with parchment paper.
