In a large bowl, mix the drained sweet corn, mayonnaise, ground black pepper, garlic salt, sugar, grated Parmesan, and half of the shredded Parmesan until evenly blended.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and evenly distribute the remaining shredded Parmesan on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional shredded Parmesan and parsley flakes if desired.
