Crispy Air Fryer Chicken (Printable Version)

Golden, seasoned chicken strips air fried and wrapped with fresh spinach and melted mozzarella cheese.

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 900 g chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

→ Spices

02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Wraps and Fillings

06 - 4 whole wheat tortillas
07 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 30 g fresh spinach leaves

→ Condiments

09 - 60 ml ranch dressing, optional for serving

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken strips and toss until evenly coated.
02 - Heat the air fryer to 190°C and allow it to preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange chicken strips in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and fully cooked.
04 - Place spinach leaves on each tortilla, then add shredded mozzarella and cooked chicken strips.
05 - Roll tortillas tightly to enclose fillings. Lightly spray the exterior with olive oil spray and position seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
06 - Air fry at 190°C for 2 to 3 minutes until tortillas turn crispy and golden.
07 - Remove wraps from the air fryer, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
