Season chicken breast fillets evenly with dried basil, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Lightly spray a baking dish with olive oil spray and place seasoned chicken fillets inside. Add jarred artichokes and capers around the chicken.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
