# Ingredients Required:

01 - 2 chicken breast fillets

02 - 340 g jarred artichokes
03 - 45 ml capers

04 - 15 ml dried basil
05 - 15 ml garlic powder
06 - 15 ml dried thyme
07 - 15 ml dried oregano
08 - 5 ml salt, or to taste
09 - freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 232°C (450°F).
02 - Season chicken breast fillets evenly with dried basil, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Lightly spray a baking dish with olive oil spray and place seasoned chicken fillets inside. Add jarred artichokes and capers around the chicken.
04 - Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
