Preheat the oven to 204°C. In a mixing bowl, toss the diced strawberries with sugar and let rest while baking the Brie.

Unwrap the Brie and place in a small baking dish. Score the top rind carefully without cutting through. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese softens and starts to ooze.

During the last 5 to 6 minutes of baking, stir balsamic vinegar, chopped nuts, and fresh herbs into the strawberry mixture.

Remove the Brie from the oven, top with the strawberry mixture, garnish with whole strawberries, and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
