# Ingredients Required:

01 - 454 g ground beef
02 - 1 tsp ground cumin
03 - 1 tsp chili powder
04 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
05 - 0.5 tsp onion powder

06 - 8 small wheat flour tortillas
07 - 100 g shredded cheese
08 - 240 ml queso cheese sauce

→ Oils and Dairy

09 - 15 ml olive oil
10 - 120 ml sour cream

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef thoroughly. Stir in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly combined.
03 - Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and shredded cheese on each tortilla. Roll tortillas tightly to enclose filling.
04 - Brush each rolled flauta lightly with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - While flautas bake, gently warm the queso cheese sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
07 - Plate flautas and serve immediately with warmed queso dip and sour cream on the side.
