06 - 3-5 large eggs

07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 120 ml tomato sauce
09 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
10 - ½ teaspoon coriander powder
11 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - Crushed pepper flakes, to taste
13 - Salt, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
02 - Add finely chopped onion and diced bell pepper; cook until translucent and tender.
03 - Incorporate minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1-2 minutes.
04 - Stir in chopped tomatoes, then add tomato sauce, ground cumin, coriander powder, black pepper, crushed pepper flakes, jalapeño, and salt; mix thoroughly.
05 - Cover the pan and reduce heat to low, allowing the mixture to soften and meld flavors.
06 - Create small wells in the sauce and carefully crack eggs into them.
07 - Cover the pan again and simmer until eggs reach desired doneness.
