# Ingredients Required:

01 - 400 grams thinly sliced beef
02 - 2 tablespoons mustard
03 - 100 grams bacon, sliced
04 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
05 - 3 small pickles, chopped

→ Seasoning and Sauce

06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
08 - 500 milliliters beef broth
09 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
10 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Evenly spread mustard over each beef slice.
02 - Place bacon, chopped onion, and pickles on top of the mustard-coated beef.
03 - Roll each beef slice tightly and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
04 - Season rouladen with salt and pepper, then brown them in heated vegetable oil over medium heat until evenly seared.
05 - Pour beef broth over browned rouladen, reduce heat, cover, and simmer gently for approximately 120 minutes until meat is tender.
06 - Remove rouladen, thicken the cooking liquid with flour dissolved in a small amount of water, simmer until sauce thickens, then serve.
