# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork and place them on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes until tender.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced apples and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes. Stir in maple syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Continue cooking for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
03 - Carefully slice open each roasted sweet potato and gently fluff the flesh with a fork. Spoon the warm spiced apple mixture into each potato.
04 - Sprinkle chopped pecans and dried cranberries over the filled sweet potatoes. Serve warm with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt or whipped cream if desired.
