06 - 0.25 g ground cinnamon

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C to prepare for warming the sandwiches.
02 - Slice each croissant horizontally into two halves.
03 - Combine goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.
04 - Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom halves of the croissants, layer thin apple slices on top, add arugula if desired, then cover with the top halves.
05 - Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until warmed through.
06 - Remove from oven and serve immediately while warm.
